I'm looking forward to comming Christmas because I wanna eat Christmas cakes.
I'm going to cook the Christmas cake with my friend.
I like to cook many sweets 'd I love to eat sweets.
Christmas are very nice day cuz I can eat cakes. Moreover Santa Claus will give me a Christmas present!!!

TIREd

I must do home working. Caz my mother is hospitalized 3days ago.
So, I must wash the clothes and clean my house and more.
And I started a part-time job yesterday.

I'm very busy now.

But, I'll do my best!!






I'm going to go to a "MANMOS FREE MARKET".
I'm looking forward to go there and buy anything!!

But I have no sense of direction.....
I'm worry about to go there.
I'll take a map.

Presentation about "CACAO"

We are going to introduce about "How to make chocolate"

Please listen.

First, I'm going to introduce about cacao. It's a material of chocolate.

There are 4 king of cacao.

CRIOLLO, FORASTERO, TRINITSRIO and THEOBROMA.

CRIOLLO is rare type. It's a slender and plump.

FORASTERO means stranger in English. It's a round and little bit small.

TRINITSRIO is cross with CRIOLLO and FORASTERO.

THEOBROMA means food of god in Spanish. It's a precious food in old days.

So, only the imperial family could eat them.

A cacao tree must be about five years old before it begins to flower.

Cacao pods ripen throughout the year, but main harvests occur twice yearly.

Farmers use malet to harvest ripe cacao pods. Malet is big knife.

Next farmers split open the pods.

Chocolate is made from this seed.

Chocolate

We search about "Chocolate".

I love to eat chocolate and to make chocolate sweets.

They are made from cacao which is brought up in Africa.

May be we don't know how to make chocolate very well.

So, I want you to know about chocolate and cacao very well(^∇^)

Now introduce Japanese Tsukemono in Japan.
There is many kind of Tshukemono in Japan.

Someone is very delicious othereone is very unique.

Samon hasamiduke in Hokkaido
Umeduke in Aomori
Iburitakuan in Akita
Bettaraduke in Tokyo
Pi-man duke in Kouchi
Tsuboduke in Kagoshima

They are just part of Tsukemono in Japan.

My groop reseach about Japanese pickles.
In Japanese.....
"TSUKEMONO"
I think it is unique food in Japanese.

I like Tsukemono but recently it doesn't eat very much.
I' m sad that the time may come when people will forget the Tsukemono.

I want everyone to eat more Tsukemono.

Part-time job

I must find a new part-time job.

Otherwise I can't buy anything.

I can't go out on a holiday.

Please somebody tell me a good part-time job...
