First, I'm going to introduce about cacao. It's a material of chocolate.
There are 4 king of cacao.
CRIOLLO, FORASTERO, TRINITSRIO and THEOBROMA.
CRIOLLO is rare type. It's a slender and plump.
FORASTERO means stranger in English. It's a round and little bit small.
TRINITSRIO is cross with CRIOLLO and FORASTERO.
THEOBROMA means food of god in Spanish. It's a precious food in old days.
So, only the imperial family could eat them.
A cacao tree must be about five years old before it begins to flower.
Cacao pods ripen throughout the year, but main harvests occur twice yearly.
Farmers use malet to harvest ripe cacao pods. Malet is big knife.
Next farmers split open the pods.
Chocolate is made from this seed.
